• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of any documents you upload. You grant ResearchPod a license to process your documents for the purpose of generating podcasts.

Generated Content

Podcasts generated from your documents are for your personal use. You may not redistribute generated content for commercial purposes without permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on copyrights
• Use the service to generate harmful or illegal content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits

6. Premium Subscription

Subscription pricing and billing are handled through Apple or our website providers. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

7. Disclaimers

ResearchPod is provided "as is" without warranties. AI-generated podcasts may contain errors or inaccuracies and are not a substitute for reading original research papers.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
